COOKING FACT OF THE DAY!



A TURKEY SHOULD NEVER BE CARVED UNTIL IT HAS BEEN OUT OF THE OVEN FOR MORE THEN 30 MINS. THIS PERMITS THE INNER COOKING TO SUBSIDE, AND THE INTERNAL MEAT JUICES TO STOP RUNNING, ONCE ITS COOLED DOWN A BIT, ITS EASIER TO CUT CLEAN NEAT SLICES.
