COOKING TIP OF THE DAY


Romaine lettuce is packed full of vitamins, compared to the regular iceburg lettuce.

It has 3 times as much Vitamin C and 6 times as much Vitamin A.

Vitamin C is destroyed quickly when cooking. So cook your vegetables in the smallest amount of water for the shortest time possible to keep the Vitamin C in your veggies.
