New and Old. Weddings of 1900 and 2000

Everything old is new again.
In todays weddings there has been a tremendous shift towards "traditional", bringing back the traditions and rituals that up until now was considered "out of style".
Brides and grooms love the symbolism of these old world traditions, which got lost in the past 5 years in favor of personlaized invitations, expensive receptions, and make a them a "show."
Some of the top 10 fashionable traditions that have came back, include:
1- Big formal weddings. over 150 guests
2- Black and white wedding invitations
3- Wedding couples are choosing to have a recieving line. When in the past years couples have left out the receiving line and went right to the photos before cocktail hour.
4-The father daughter dance is BACK!
5- The bouquet toss
6-The garter toss is back as well
7- Guests are given the opportunity to dance with the bride of groom for a dance or two.
8- The differences in how photos are taken have changed. For instance take a look at the blushing brides above. Now the brides are posed as models, showing off each angle of their flowing gowns, back in the day, it was a photo the capture the moment and the happiness between the couple.
9-Not seeing eachother before the ceremony!
10- Most importantly, Brides are asking their fathers to walk them down the aisle.
